Paul Jones Racing

The 2017 FLAT TURF SEASON WAS A CRACKER FOR PAUL JONES AND HIS MEMBERS…………..

Yes, it was another great season for members of Paul Jones’ ‘Big Festival’ guides through 2017 so many thanks for all the interest during the season and many of you already inquiring about 2018!

Members were told about the 40/1 2017 EPSOM DERBY WNINER – WINGS OF EAGLES – back in June and Paul backed that up through all the other main flat turf festivals in 2017 with more big winners like the ones he had at Glorious Goodwood and the York Ebor Meeting…………..

At GLORIOUS GOODWOOD – members cashed in with all these winners – Soldier In Action WON 11/1, Londonium WON 9/1, Red Roman WON 11/2, Havana Grey WON 7/2, Endless Time WON 5/1, Al Jazi WON 9/4, Poet’s Word WON 7/4, Crystal Ocean WON 6/4 & Winter WON 10/11

Here’s a reminder of Paul’s summary on the Derby……………………

“In summary, gun to the head and it would be Cliffs Of Moher but Wings Of Eagles shaped like the best horse in the Chester Vase to these eyes and it looks like the penny is only just starting to drop with him so he’s of each-way interest at 33/1.”

As mentioned, the York Ebor Festival winners flowed too…………………

In summary, I fancy a 3yo filly to win it for a third time in as many years with Talaayeb and Daban the pair that stand out for me on the ir 1000 Guineas runs. Talaayeb is double Daban’s price at 14/1 so makes each-way appeal.” TALAAYEB 1ST 9/1 (from 14/1)

In summary, Great Prospector appears to have fared much the best in the draw of the fancied horses and I like Tangled’s each-way chance from a probably-favoured low draw after a runaway win at Newmarket last time for last year’s winning stable.” TANGLED 1ST 15/2 (from 12/1)

In summary, Magic Circle has been threatening to win a good staying handicap for a while but keeps being scuppered by wide draws and I give him the edge over Platitude who makes each-way appeal and I can see him improving for a step up to 2m on better ground and continue the superb run of higher-weighted horses in these races this season.MAGIC CIRCLE 1ST 7/2 (from 13/2)

Don’t worry PAUL will be back in 2018 – starting with the Guineas Meeting in early May and he’ll then be on the hunt to follow-up that top 40/1 Derby winner in the 2018 renewal!

Be sure to check back in April 2018 on how you can get involved, plus we’ll have a cracking ‘START OF SEASON’ OFFER that will mean you can get involved at a discounted price!

Here’s what Paul’s members & industry experts have been saying……………….

“Some years ago I wrote a book about betting on horseracing called Against The Crowd – Paul has taken the idea contained in that title, built on it and is consistently finding long-priced winners at a rate I never imagined possible.” Alan Potts, author of Against The Crowd and The Inside Track

“Following Paul’s clear and compelling advice I had a good bet on Surf And Turf at the Grand National Meeting at 40/1, I won so much money I bought the horse!” Carl Hinchy, Owner.

“Paul’s service is invaluable for me to keep up to speed on all the week’s details in one easy hit. It has such detailed analysis and has also helped me to find a few nice-priced winners along the way.” Ed Chamberlin, ITV Racing

“Paul’s thoughtful insights and facts you may not otherwise have considered enable you to make a calculated risk when punting.” Michael Dickinson, Trainer.

“And lest we forget your recommended 1-2-3 of Mark Johnston in the nursery! Quite simply an outrageous selection and surely worth a poster besides Rule The World! Outstanding.” Declan Brady

“Paul’s knowledge of statistics and trends, extensive form research and gut instincts are second to none. His weekly comprehensive, absorbing and entertaining essays on the Cheltenham Festival are pounced on every Monday and many a big-priced, ante-post bet has kept me excited throughout the winter with attractive and successful trading options. As an owner, Paul has always been available to give me an opinion on our horses’ chances, where to place them and the strength of the opposition.” Alan Waller, Joint owner of Coneygree, Carruthers and Flintham”

“Keep up the great work. Even with my uncanny knack at being at most of the funerals and hardly any weddings, even I could not have failed to have profited from this outstanding service!” Karl Limbert

“I have seen Paul in action working his way down a list of runners in a big race with analytical skills that would turn Sherlock Holmes or DCI Jane Tennyson green with envy, and I want no other guidance.” Sean Magee, Author.

Paul has worked in horseracing since joining Weatherbys in 1987 and is best known for being the author and originator of the Cheltenham Festival Betting Guide since its inception in 2000 up until 2015, off the back of which he has provided a subscription-based horseracing analysis since 2008.
